Los Gozosos is taking a field trip to the Zoo!

In July, the kids at Los Gozosos will be going on an adventure to the Aurora Zoo in Guatemala City!  For most of the kids, it will be their first time to the zoo and seeing the animals so close and in person.  We are excited for this fun and exciting opportunity for them.  

The kids (and their caregivers) will be traveling on the new bus that arrived last fall (affectionally called Isabella).  In order to make this happen, we are raising Q100 (about US $15) per person.  This will cover admission to the zoo for the child and the caretaker, funds to cover the cost of gasoline, as well as a delicious lunch for the whole crew.  The total expense for the entire field trip is $600.
